If you haven't received routine NHS dental treatment in Wales in the last three years, you may be able to register through the NHS Dental Access Portal — a Welsh Government platform that connects patients with local NHS dental practices.
Be aged 16 or over
Not have had routine NHS dental treatment in Wales in the past three years
Live in Wales for more than six months of the year, or be registered with a Welsh GP
Or visit the portal directly at dhcw.nhs.wales
